HRM Return & Refund Policy

I. Returns should be made within 10 days from receipt of the Product. From the Contact page on the Site, get in touch with us with your request. Be sure to include:

• title of Product
• reason for return
• your contact information – name, address, email, phone
• if applicable, list the title of your replacement Product

II. Your refund will be made via the payment method that was received by us. Although in lieu of refund of payment, you may request a replacement Product. Let us know what you would like that replacement to be. Upon return of the undamaged Product, we will get the process started to get the new Product to you.

III. Along with the refund amount, we will reimburse your postage, as is revealed on the packaging label.

IV. Refunds will be made due to damaged Products – smudges, dents, folds, spots, etc. – or if a Product was mistakenly ordered due to similarity.

• no refunds for Products that no longer suit your original need
• no refunds for Products mailed to your recipient, for whom you received no positive response

V. Within 10 days after returned Product is received by us, the refund will be made.

VI. Should this Policy be updated, it will be posted to this Site.
