Terms and Conditions

HRM Online Terms of Use


House Rules:


The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Hearts-R-Mending, LLC (HRM). This contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use our website, www.heartsrmending.com. By using any of our Services, even just browsing our website, you are agreeing to the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you may not use our Services.


Our disclaimer: Sending or receiving Hearts-R-Mending words is no guarantee that a relationship will be mended or a heart will be healed!


1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our Services through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission and under their direct supervision. Children under 13 are not permitted to use our Services. You are responsible for any and all activity on your account.


2. You must provide accurate information about yourself. False information or impersonating someone else through your account is prohibited.


3. You agree to not interfere with or try to disrupt our Services; for example by distributing a virus, excessive requests to our Site or platform, or other harmful computer code.


4. You may terminate your use of our Services with us at any time. HRM may terminate your account at any time should we have reason to believe you have violated our Terms.


5. You may not copy, reprint, or reproduce any portion of any cards or words sold on our website or cards or words that may be found in any retail locations.


6. Your conduct/behavior is expected to be within the law – with no hate speech, bullying, spam, or any such like.


WARRANTIES:


Hearts-R-Mending, LLC is dedicated in making our Services the best they can be. Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any kind of warranty – express or implied. We do not guarantee that (1) the Services will be secure or available at any particular time or location; (2) the Services will be free of viruses or other harmful materials; or (3) the results of using our Services will meet your expectations. You use our Services at your own discretion.


Should you have an issue with our Services, let us know. We will work together in good faith to come to a favorable resolution. If we are not able to favorably resolve the issue, then you and HRM agree to submit our dispute exclusively to binding individual arbitration, and we won’t sue each other in court before a judge or jury. We agree that each of us may bring claims against the other ONLY on an individual basis, and NOT on a class representation or collective basis. We each waive any right we have to bring such claim.


Our failure to enforce any part of the Terms is not a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of the Terms.


We may update these Terms from time to time, including by adding entirely new Terms and deleting existing Terms. If the changes are material, we will let you know in advance by posting the changes on our website. Your use of the Services after the effective date of the changes, constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, then you may choose to no longer purchase our Services.

Return and Refund Policy

HRM Return & Refund Policy


I. Returns should be made within 10 days from receipt of the Product. From the Contact page on the Site, get in touch with us with your request. Be sure to include:


  • title of Product
  • reason for return
  • your contact information – name, address, email, phone
  • if applicable, list the title of your replacement Product


II. Your refund will be made via the payment method that was received by us. Although in lieu of refund


of payment, you may request a replacement Product. Let us know what you would like that replacement


to be. Upon return of the undamaged Product, we will get the process started to get the new Product to you.


III. Along with the refund amount, we will reimburse your postage, as is revealed on the packaging label.


IV. Refunds will be made due to damaged Products – smudges, dents, folds, spots, etc. – or if a Product was mistakenly ordered due to similarity.


  • no refunds for Products that no longer suit your original need
  • no refunds for Products mailed to your recipient, for whom you received no positive response


V. Within 10 days after returned Product is received by us, the refund will be made.


VI. Should this Policy be updated, it will be posted to this Site.
